If you need to change the shipping address for an order, it can be done as long as the order is still pending and hasn't yet been processed. Orders are generally confirmed within 24 hours of being placed.
If the Order Is Still Pending
Follow one of the methods below to update your shipping address:

Through Your Account:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Orders.
- Select the order you wish to update and click "Change Shipping Address."

From the Confirmation Email:
- Locate the order confirmation email in your inbox.
- Open the email and click on the "Manage Order" link.
- Once on the order management page, click "Change Shipping Address."
If the order has already been processed and is no longer pending, it may not be possible to update the shipping address. Please contact customer support if you need further assistance.
